The production line utilizes copper ore as raw material to produce anode plates. Copper ore is melted and cast into crude copper slabs with a copper content of 98.5%. The production process is concise, highly adaptable, with a copper recovery rate of up to 95% from the copper ore.

The raw material used in this production line is electrolytic copper with 99% copper content, and the advanced electric furnace is selected to produce oxygen-free copper rods with oxygen content of not more than 50 ppm, total impurity content of not more than 0.05%, and copper content of more than 99.5% by using the upward-induction continuous casting process. This production line can produce 1000T of copper per month. Due to the process of this production line is selected on the introduction method, this production line equipment investment is small, flexible plant layout, can also be in the same machine to produce different specifications, different varieties of copper.
