The raw materials used in this production line are copper scrap and electrolytic copper with 99% copper content. The advanced medium frequency furnace is used to produce oxygen-free copper rods with oxygen content of not more than 0.02%, total impurity content of not more than 0.05%, and copper content of more than 99.5% by using the upward-drawing method of continuous casting process. This production line can produce 200 tonnes of copper per month. Due to the process of this production line to choose the upper lead method, the production line equipment investment is small, flexible plant layout, can also be produced on the same machine with different specifications, different varieties of copper.
